SaveDost is a digital platform powered by FINUNIQUE SMALL PRIVATE LIMITED. Depending on the service, SaveDost may act as a technology platform, facilitator, intermediary or service provider.
By accessing or using SaveDost, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and applicable service-specific terms.
Users must satisfy applicable legal and service-specific eligibility requirements.
Users must provide accurate and updated information and must not create accounts using false information, impersonate others, use another person's account, provide false KYC information or attempt unauthorized transactions.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks or payment service providers. Transactions may be successful, failed, pending, reversed or refunded depending on the applicable provider.
BBPS services are subject to applicable BBPS rules and biller terms.
Insurance products may be provided through insurers or authorized intermediaries. SaveDost does not guarantee policy issuance, premium, claim approval or claim settlement.
SaveDost may facilitate loan applications with banks, NBFCs or other lending partners. SaveDost does not guarantee approval, loan amount, interest rate, tenure, credit limit or disbursement.
Gift cards are subject to issuer terms. Cancellation or refund may be restricted after successful issuance/delivery.
Add Money/wallet functionality is subject to applicable service-provider and regulatory requirements.
Travel bookings are subject to the terms and cancellation rules of the relevant provider.
Investment and savings-related services may be offered through third-party providers and may involve risk.
Credit-card applications are subject to the eligibility and approval criteria of the issuing bank/financial institution.
We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
SaveDost name, logo, design, software, graphics, content and other proprietary materials belong to FINUNIQUE SMALL PRIVATE LIMITED or their licensors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SaveDost shall not be liable for losses caused solely by third-party service failure, bank/payment gateway failure, incorrect user information, network interruption or events beyond reasonable control.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security concerns, violation of these Terms, legal requirements, regulatory requirements or misuse.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Use SaveDost lawfully, provide accurate details, review transactions before confirming, protect your credentials, and contact support promptly if something goes wrong.
